Here is what you should know…

  • Future New Residents – Our rates for new leases will be published November 1st
  • New residents can Pre-Apply beginning December 12th at 9am
  • New lease approvals will start January 11th
  • Listings - Click below to download a list of the units we manage in Isla Vista. The list includes the address, unit size (bedrooms/bathrooms and the rates for both new residents and current "continuing" residents looking to stay another  year.  Detailed listings with photos will be posted on December 12th.  Thanks for your interest!   


Portfolio List


Current resident wanting to stay: Current residents will receive a continuing lease packet via USPS mail and in their portal. This packet will outline all important information and commonly asked questions about continuing in their current unit. Only one person needs to be a continuing resident to receive the continuing perks!

 

New Residents: Get your group together now! Groups can Pre-Apply to their 1st choice starting December 12th. Groups must complete and submit applications for at least one person per bedroom to be considered. Groups that have completed applications can be approved starting January 11th. Be sure to include a list of alternative units your group would like to be considered for in your application. Note that submitting multiple applications won’t improve your chances - all duplicate applications will be deleted. If you would like to make changes to your application, feel free to call or text our office.

 

Approvals: To be approved (for both continuing and new residents) the group must have one completed and submitted application per bedroom. A complete application must include applicants’ government issued ID, cosigner/guarantors’ name and email address, a completed cosigner form (sent by our office via RightSignature shortly after your application has been submitted), and the cosigners’ government issued ID. The cosigner form must follow the following guidelines: the cosigner must live within the United States, provide their 9-digit social security number (we do not run credit, we run a social verification), provide verifiable income information.
